SARGIA Partners and the Beginning of a New Era in Leadership Culture
SARGIA Partners 7th Leadership Seminar «Inspiring Commitment» was successfully completed, on June 12, 2018, becoming once again the meeting point of the Greek corporate world. The keynote speaker, Hendre Coetzee, internationally acknowledged Leadership Transformation coach and founder of the «Center for Advanced Coaching», analyzed the importance of commitment inspiration and the key drivers of the process of change. He explained how mental frameworks can boost or prohibit creativity and how relying on the past provides safety but not direction.
