Inspiring an Executive Leader to strengthen his communication mastery and impact
THE CHALLENGE
An executive leader of a large retail banking firm was highly esteemed for his professional status and legacy, but desired to further improve his interpersonal communication skills to strengthen his leadership impact. His aim was to communicate more effectively with his team, better expressing his active listening of their concerns and ideas and avoiding any unnecessary friction and energy loss that may occasionally occur due to unintentional misunderstandings. Trusting that such a shift would positively impact on his overall management style, he decided to enter SARGIA Partners Leadership Coaching program.
THE APPROACH
