THE CHALLENGE
The leader of a multinational retail company was very successful in guiding the business growth of his organization and significantly increasing its market share. However, he faced a difficulty to control his emotions, which combined with the introverted nature of his character limited his ability to convey his drive and passion to his team and establish a strong emotional connection with them, that would increase his leadership effectiveness and impact.
He therefore decided to seek the professional support of an experienced Leadership Coach in order to improve his expressiveness, increase his empathy and non-verbal communication skills and successfully bring to completion his professional plans and aspirations.

THE IMPACT
