GenerationY is a fast-growing company, established in Greece in 2000, and since then expands in international markets offering cutting edge e-commerce services. The highly competitive business environment as well as the highly motivated Leadership Team led to the need to strengthen the organization’s reputation by developing a trusted advisor profile.
The organization’s Leadership Team needed to develop a strong brand, a shared understanding and alignment to the unique value of the organization. They needed to overcome any communication dysfunctionalities and convey the same message. The need for collaboration and role definition became urgent.
Specifically, the CEO and Founder of GENERATION Y mentioned: “We all fought and won without having clarified our roles: who has the “arrows” and who has the “swords”.”
The Leadership Team of GENERATION Y collaborated with SARGIA Partners to their journey towards team alignment, organizational growth and development. The Leadership team was ready to change and to holistically transform under the unique goal to expand the organization’s potential.
SARGIA Partner’s Leadership Brand Alignment was the key program to help the Leadership Team of GENERATION Y to develop their authentic and genuine brand narrative, engaging to their brand statement and be the true ambassadors of their unique value and internal culture.
The 5month program, started with the participation of the Leadership Team’s members to Individual and Team Surveys, initiated by SARGIA Partners to increase awareness.
The team conducted one-to-one Awareness Sessions Meetings with the coaches, where the Leadership Team’s members had the chance to express their expectations, raise awareness on the personal and team’s strengths and shortfalls. The program’s guiding path was customized to the LT’s needs, expectations and goals.
Following, a two-day Workshop was conducted in which the Leadership Team managed to visualize & develop a strong leadership brand and engaging to a common meaning of brand and values. They were able to realize their strengths and shortfalls, help each other by giving and taking feedback in a contextual framework and develop personal and team effectiveness. The team worked on their role definition, self-reflection and understanding of each other. They were able to strengthen their team identity and establish their communication through personal behavioral commitments aligned to their leadership brand, under a common mindset shift.
The workshop was completed by setting the action plan for the months to follow.
After 3 months the recalibration overview was conducted to track the progress of the team and support them on the way forward. A second team survey was assigned to the LT to acknowledge their present perceptions.
The Leadership Brand Alignment Program for the Leadership Team of GENERATION Y was completed and the key points were met with success.
GENERATION Y ‘s Leadership Team, raised the standards of their effectiveness as a Leadership Team and reached the highest return on expectations through SARGIA Partner’s Leadership Brand Alignment Program.
Even in the first trimester of the program conduction the Leadership Team managed to perform as 100% aligned LT, as the organization’s CEO stated.
The team managed through the program to put the context and frame, once missing, within which goals are now specific and predetermined. The program, according to the leadership team’s beliefs, gave them the path to step on. They have already increased their effectiveness by 75% of their expectation and they are heading for even bigger goals. They have also improved their time management by 50% of their expectation.
