A leading Digital Consultancy Firm was growing fast and needed to conduct a complete restructuring of the Digital Transformation Department in order to be better positioned to contribute to the organization’s growth and expansion.
New roles and vacancies were created, and the Chief Commercial Director of the department needed to strategically redesign the department’s structure and roles, bringing together diverse professionals with different skillsets in one aligned and well-performing team.
The challenge was big for the Chief Commercial Director, as the organization needed to maintain and extend its clientele.
