Resetting the Leadership Team of an International Pharmaceutical Company in Cyprus for the Future
The Leadership Team of an International Pharmaceutical company in Cyprus had been together for many years, without having participated in a leadership development program that would enable them to re-introduce themselves, resolving potential misconceptions and preconceptions about each other.
As a result, deconstructive perceptions about each other’s abilities and behaviors had prevailed, leading to silos, lack of trust and competitiveness, at the expense of effective collaboration and supportive interpersonal culture.
The Management of the organization was seeking for a leadership development program that would enable the C- level executives to listen and understand each other, develop a shared vision that would set the context and the inspiration moving ahead and a peer accountability towards it.
SARGIA Partners was selected as the preferred Leadership Transformation consultancy for the design and implementation of its proprietary Leadership Team Alignment Program (LTATM). The aim was for the Leadership Teams to rise above their personal agendas, and understand their bigger role and contribution in the organization.

Our methodology includes personal and team effectiveness assessments, one-to-one self-awareness sessions with the LT members and a 2day workshop where team dynamics are being discussed and analysed, setting the bases for collaborative relations and personal accountability moving ahead.
Throughout our program’s duration targeted action plans are being agreed and monitored, leading to a recalibration session that evaluates the long term effectiveness of our solution.
When launching the program, the expectations were high.
The aim was for the leadership team to overcome silos and personal agendas and set higher collaborative standards that would reflect their bigger role in the organization.
The scope and the way there was to strengthen empathetic communication, facilitate productive exchange of diverse views and perspectives and enhance collaborative relations.
With the excellent cooperation and support of the company’s Leadership Team, the program was successfully completed, and a recalibration was conducted to evaluate long-term effectiveness.
Based on their own testimonials, Leadership Team members had managed to re-introduce themselves, improving their interpersonal communication and boosting emotional awareness and empathetic listening. As a result, communication transparency had been increased, and higher levels of trust had been established.
