A ground breaking survey reveals the current leadership skills gap in Greece
A ground breaking survey, conducted by SARGIA Partners, Focus Bari and Boussias Communications in a sample of 92 CEOs and 228 senior executives, reveals a huge gap of trust and commitment and raises the alarm in the Greek business world. Key leadership skills, such as creating a shared vision, safeguarding psychological safety and offering acknowledgement and reward, were put down the microscope with results that will be much discussed. “We need to act.
