Research has revealed that 95% of brain activity is unconscious. Brain-based interventions can help leaders tap into their full potential by learning how to unleash the power of their unconscious.
In this era of advanced technology, machines learn, and learn fast, ready to replace our need for linear thinking, doing things much better and faster than we do, with almost zero mistakes. The only thing that gives us the edge against the machines is our unconscious thinking, our capacity to be more agile, creative, and intuitive, able to adapt to ever-growing demands.
Given the current disruptive circumstances, fear is the biggest obstacle for us to learn the part of our brain that we are not aware of. Reflecting to the most recent neuroscience findings, learning is possible and more productive. Brain-based learning would increase from 1% in 2010 to 25% in 2025, challenging our old ways of thinking, and providing us with new perspectives. It can re-educate us about our deepest potential and lead us ahead of the robo-mentality.
Harnessing our subconscious mind will provide us with excessive power in this man vs. machine rivalry. We still master complex non-linear problem solving, and are the only ones who can visualize and finally create a purposeful and rewarding life.
